Chair made from beech wood
This chair can be pushed completely under a desk in order to make space. You sit comfortable, but you cannot loll in it — so your own good form also abides! The chair is made from beech wood with handmade joints, the seat cushion is made from reused fabric and filled with buckwheat chaff.
I designed and made this chair as final project in a furniture making course at HMC Rotterdam.
